If a service does not meet the agreed-upon project scope or quality standards, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution, which may include revisions, additional support, or other remedial actions as appropriate to the situation.
As a service-based business, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the services provided, the stage of project completion, and the specific circumstances of each engagement. Fees for work already completed or hours already logged are generally non-refundable, as they represent time, expertise, and resources already invested in your project. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to find fair and reasonable solutions. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to santanudas@serviceseris.com and will be reviewed by our management team within 5-7 business days.
Projects may be canceled per the terms of the individual service contract or engagement agreement. We understand that business priorities can change, and we strive to be flexible while also protecting the interests of both parties. Deposits for scheduled consulting blocks are refundable if notice is given 7 business days in advance of the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 7 business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value, depending on the circumstances and our ability to reallocate resources. For ongoing projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement and may include provisions for wind-down activities, knowledge transfer, and final deliverables.
